What is PrimeBPM?
PrimeBPM is a unique, proprietary methodology which provides customers with an complete (i.e. full-lifecycle) framework for designing, deploying and measuring business processes within an organization.  Developed out of nearly 10 years of practical BPM experience in the international Information and Communication Technology space it has been founded on a philosophy that promotes a structured method for turning an organization’s business processes into the machinery that channels Strategy to Operation.
